Even before I was a content designer in tech, I’ve always known I would do work that made use of my skills in analysis and writing. I took time to explore academic routes and other writing roles before realizing that I do my best work solving real-world problems and working on products and services people use in their every day lives, like government services or tools for creating income streams.

I believe that in a world rife with unequal access and opportunity, content design should be an anti-gatekeeping mechanism that opens up understanding, access, and ability to all.

I’m originally from Singapore, but have lived in San Francisco for the last 5 years.

In another life, I’d love to work in a writer’s room on a TV show.
